What is the minimum order for private label socks?

Our private label program requires a minimum of 600 pairs per order. This MOQ allows us to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring consistent quality across your entire production run. For larger orders of 5,000+ pairs, we offer volume discounts and priority production scheduling.

How long does private label sock production take?

From design approval to delivery, our average turnaround is 90-120 days for standard orders. This includes sampling, production, and quality control. Rush production may be available for time-sensitive launches. Our US-based production management ensures consistent communication throughout the process, and we provide real-time tracking from production through delivery.

What types of socks can you manufacture?

We manufacture 8 sock categories: dress socks, athletic socks, compression socks, diabetic socks, casual crew socks, no-show socks, knee-high socks, and novelty/custom designs. Each category is available in multiple materials including premium combed cotton, moisture-wicking performance blends, and eco-friendly bamboo options.

What certifications do your socks have?

All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they're tested for harmful substances and safe for direct skin contact. We also offer GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified options for brands focused on sustainability and eco-conscious positioning.

Can you match specific Pantone colors?

Yes! We offer precise Pantone color matching for your brand colors. Simply provide your Pantone codes during the design phase, and we'll match them exactly. We also provide physical color samples for approval before production begins to ensure perfect brand consistency.

Our all-inclusive pricing covers: design consultation and sampling, custom packaging with your branding, quality assurance testing, and domestic shipping. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs.

Do you offer warehousing and fulfillment services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive inventory management and direct-to-retailer fulfillment services. Our US-based warehouse supports EDI integration for seamless order processing. We can ship directly to your retail partners, distribution centers, or customers under your brand name.
