Most brands come to DeadSoxy with an idea for a sock — not a production-ready specification. For Private Label clients who don't have a tech pack, our product development team builds one from scratch.

White label: You pick from DeadSoxy's existing sock catalog and we add your branding (labels, hangtags, packaging). Fastest option — 2 to 4 weeks, starting at 72 pairs. Custom logo: Your logo is knit into or printed onto DeadSoxy sock construction. 8 to 10 weeks, starting at 100 pairs. Private label: A fully custom sock built from scratch to your exact material, construction, and design specifications. 4 to 6 months, starting at 600 pairs.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the program. White label starts at 72 pairs per style. Custom logo starts at 100 pairs for knit-in logos or 200 pairs for printed logos. Private label starts at 600 pairs per order with a minimum of 200 pairs per color or style. Education and charity pricing with adjusted minimums is available on request.
How long does production take?
White label orders ship in 2 to 4 weeks because the socks already exist — you are adding branding only. Custom logo orders take 8 to 10 weeks from approved artwork. Private label orders take 4 to 6 months because they include product development, sampling, approval, and production.
Do I need a tech pack to start a private label order?
No. Most Private Label clients come to DeadSoxy with an idea, not a production-ready specification. Our product development team will build a complete tech pack for $2,500 — including material specs, construction blueprint, size grading, pattern mapping, and a first sample round. The finished tech pack is your asset. You own it outright.
Can I get samples before committing to a full order?
Yes. For white label, sample kits are available on request. For custom logo and private label, initial samples cost approximately $100 for a couple of pairs. Private label clients who purchase the $2,500 tech pack development get their first sample round included.
Where are the socks manufactured?
DeadSoxy operates a 7-country sourcing network for materials and production. Every pair is hand-inspected at our Texas facility before shipment. All materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and CPSIA compliant.
Do you offer a guarantee?
